摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer inductor capable of dealing with current enlargement and loss reduction by improving a DC superposition property with a permanent magnet that generates a bias magnetic flux.SOLUTION: In the multilayer inductor, a plurality of electrically insulative magnetic substance layers 1 and conductive patterns 2 are laminated and the conductive patterns 2 are successively connected in a direction of the lamination through a via hole of a non-magnetic substance layer 3, such that a spirally wound coil 2 is formed within the magnetic substance layer 1. Just above a top layer 2a and just under a bottom layer 2b in the lamination direction of the conductive patterns 2, an annular permanent magnet 5 is disposed which extends along a full circumference of the conductive pattern 2 in a planar view and is magnetized so as to generate a magnetic flux in a direction Y reverse to a direction X of a magnetic flux excited by the coil 2. Between an outer periphery of the permanent magnet layer 5 and an outer edge 1a of the multilayer inductor, a non-magnetic substance layer 6 is disposed over a full circumference.
