PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance and secure a predetermined pressure resistance in a cooler which cools electronic components by a refrigerant of a refrigerant circuit.SOLUTION: In a cooler, first and second plate-like members (32, 33) (an outer plate, a heat exchanger plate) are provided so that their plate surfaces face each other. Multiple partition members (34) (fins), which are brazed to the first plate-like member (32) and the second plate-like member (33) so as to connect the first plate-like member (32) with the second plate-like member (33) and form multiple passages (37), are provided in the cooler. |
