PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: luminescent particulates that can be easily handled and allow easy and hygienic production of a luminescent coating without using an organic solvent; and methods of producing the same.SOLUTION: In a luminescent particulate, a luminescent material is dispersed in a synthetic resin particulate, and is an alternating copolymer in which groups represented by, e.g., the general formula (2) are copolymerized between groups represented by the general formula (1).
