PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an energy absorption structure for a vehicle capable of acquiring a stable energy absorption characteristic by an energy absorber made of fiber-reinforced resin.SOLUTION: A vehicle body front part structure 10 to which an energy absorption structure for a vehicle is applied includes: a bumper reinforcement 16 extending in a vehicle width direction; an FRP-made energy absorber 14A arranged at the rear side of the bumper reinforcement by vertically overlapping with the bumper reinforcement 16 across the total height in the vertical direction; a front flange 14F provided integrally with the energy absorber 14A and joined with an upper wall 16U and a lower wall 16L of the bumper reinforcement 16; and an upper and lower limiter 20 provided at the bumper reinforcement 16 and for restricting positional deviation in the vertical direction of the energy absorber 14A with respect to the bumper reinforcement 16. |
