PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a game machine including a cabinet-side unit to be fitted to a cabinet side and a cylinder lock unit to be fitted to a door side, capable of reducing a mounting space by downsizing and reducing the weight of both units.SOLUTION: The locking device comprises: a cabinet-side unit 1 including a longitudinally-long base frame body 2 to be fitted to the inside of a cabinet and formed by rotationally pivoting latch members 3 and 4 in the base frame body; and a cylinder lock unit 30 that is fitted to a front door openably/closably mounted on the cabinet and having a cylinder lock 32 on a base frame 31. Columnar members 35 and 51 of a bracket provided in the front door side are confined and locked by the latch members 3 and 4 of the cabinet-side unit 1, so that the front door is locked.
