PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type wearable article which facilitates wearing operation and enables a user to smoothly pull up a rear waist region.SOLUTION: An underpants type wearable article (10) includes a first region (71B) where a front waist elastic body (72) is placed and which is located between an edge part of a waist opening (23) and a front end edge (58a) of a liquid absorbent core and a second region (73B) where a rear waist elastic body (74) is placed and which is located between the edge part of the waist opening and a rear end edge (58b) of the liquid absorbent core. The first region and the second region are positioned to face each other in a front and back direction (z). The number of the rear waist elastic bodies in the second region is more than the number of the front waist elastic bodies in the first region. A separation distance in a longitudinal direction between the adjacent rear waist elastic bodies in the second region is less than a separation distance in the longitudinal direction between the adjacent front waist elastic bodies in the first region. |
