PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing apparatus which enables the simulation of an actual printing pattern by considering the scanning speed or the like of a pulse laser, a laser processing method, and program.SOLUTION: A laser processing apparatus comprises a laser scanning part that scans a processing object by defection with a galvano-scanner, a condensation part that condenses a pulse laser scanned by the laser scanning part to make it irradiate a processing object, processing information acquiring means that acquires processing information that represents a shape pattern for processing the processing object with the pulse laser, processing condition acquiring means that acquires processing conditions including drive conditions of the galvano-scanner, reference printing pattern preparation means that prepares reference printing patterns representing a scanning trajectory of the pulse laser for processing the processing object from the shape pattern represented by the processing information, correction means that corrects the reference printing pattern on the basis of drive conditions of the galvano-scanner to prepare correction printing patterns, and display control means that displays the correction printing patterns on the display part. |
