摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device that can suppress a damage due to heat generation of an electrostatic protective element by enhancing radiation property from the electrostatic protective element formed on an insulating film, and to provide electronic equipment that includes the electro-optic device, and a semiconductor device that has the electrostatic protective element formed on a substrate.SOLUTION: In an element substrate 10 of an electro-optic device 100, MOS type transistors 91a and 92a (electrostatic protective elements) are provided on an opposite side of a translucent substrate 10w with respect to an insulating film 12, and between the translucent substrate 10w and the insulating film 12, heat radiation layers 8s and 8t overlapping the drain regions 1sa and 1ta of the MOS type transistors 91a and 92a in a plan view are provided. Further, the heat radiation layers 8s and 8t are connected to the drain regions 1sa and 1ta via contact holes 12s, 12t formed on the insulating film 12.
