PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply roller that has foam cells with a cell diameter as uniform as possible and larger than conventional ones, exhibits low hardness particularly in a low-temperature and low-humidity environment, and suppresses the occurrence of image defects, such as unevenness and streaks; and an image forming apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: A toner supply roller 1 is manufactured by extruding, into a cylindrical shape, a rubber composition including a rubber content including epichlorohydrin rubber and butadiene rubber, crosslinking component, and foaming component, and continuously foaming and crosslinking the rubber composition with a continuous crosslinking device including a microwave crosslinking device and a hot air crosslinking device. Such a toner supply roller 1 is built in an image forming apparatus. |
