PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fosfomycin formulation, production methods thereof, and polymethyl methacrylate bone cement powder comprising the formulation.SOLUTION: Provided are a fosfomycin formulation, production methods thereof, and a polymethyl methacrylate bone cement powder comprising the formulation, which formulation comprises a) calcium salt of fosfomycin, and b) at least one sugar alcohol of which melting point is higher than 70°C such as erythritol and xylitol, where the weight ratio of the sugar alcohol to the calcium salt of fosfomycin is at least 0.8. |
