The present invention relates to an insulation reinforcement device and a structure to maintain the insulation performance of a wooden structure and, more specifically, to an insulation reinforcement device and a structure capable of preventing a gap between a wooden member and an insulation material to maintain insulation performance by having an air pocket expanded by the inflow of air in the contraction of the wooden member. According to the present invention, the insulation reinforcement device maintains the insulation of a wooden structure as the air pocket with a stationary air layer is formed by naturally allowing the air to flow into the air pocket in the contraction of the wooden member.
