The present invention relates to a degassing drum, for collecting water by being mixed with oil or gas in the case of passing through a water-bearing layer region in a process of collecting crude oil or gas or the like, constituted of a part of a water treatment system so as to return the collected water to the ocean or the river by separating. Provided is a degassing drum attached with a device for generating microbubbles for minimizing oil contents of water returned to the ocean or the river. |
