PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buried object protection structure not requiring any exposure of an entire buried object, but capable of positively acknowledging an approached state of a boring machine and the like to enable its contact with the buried object to be avoided.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a buried object protection structure that comprises at least a detecting part arranged around a ceiling end of the buried object and a communication part arranged to be exposed from the detecting part to the ground. In accordance with the configuration described above, it becomes possible for a ground worker to acknowledge it visually that an object to be detected such as a boring machine and the like approaches or contacts to the buried object through oscillation of the portion of the communication part out of the ground by vibration generated through that approaching or contact action. |
