PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater which includes a plurality of resistance heating wires to be heated by electrification and in which resistance values of the resistance heating wires are corrected, a fixation device with the same, an image forming apparatus, a heating device and a manufacturing method of the heater.SOLUTION: The heater includes a plurality of heating parts (10) disposed on a substrate (11). The heater also includes: two power supply wires (13a and 13b) separated for each heating part and formed from conductive materials provided separately from each other; resistance heating wires (12) arranged in the heating parts so as to connect the power supply wires using resistance heating materials; a correction bridge (14) connecting at least either two points of the resistance heating wires or one point of the resistance heating wire and the power supply wire by a conductive material in the case where the resistance value of the resistance heating wire measured for each heating part exceeds a predetermined range; and a power supply bridge (15) for connecting one side of the power supply wire of the heating part and the other side of the power supply wire by a conductive material.
