PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device in which power can be exchanged between unit batteries regardless of whether a motor is driven or stopped.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes a battery pack 10 as a serial connection body of unit batteries Eh, power storage means 14 and a three-phase motor 17, exchanges power between the battery pack 10 and the power storage means 14 and supplies power from the battery pack 10 to the three-phase motor 17. The power conversion device also includes: three lines of buses 12; a plurality of first opening/closing means units SAh for opening/closing paths connecting the neighboring unit batteries Eh and both terminals of the battery pack 12 to the buses 12 in a bidirectional manner, respectively; and second opening/closing means SBi provided at first terminal sides of the buses 12 for opening/closing paths connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the power storage means 14 to the buses 12 in a bidirectional manner, respectively. At second terminal sides opposite to the first terminal sides of the buses 12, the buses 12 are connected to the three-phase motor 17. |
