ALUMINUM ALLOY SHEET EXCELLENT IN MOLDABILITY AND COATING/BAKING HARDENABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 6000 series aluminum alloy sheet having BH performance and moldability after room temperature aging.SOLUTION: High BH performance and low yield ratio are achieved by controlling a size distribution of an aggregate of atoms measured by a three dimension atom probe electric field ion microscope to make yield ratio reduce to less than 0.50 while containing Sn in a 6000 series aluminum alloy sheet having a specific composition and securing Mg+Si solid solution amount, and increasing percentage of the aggregate of relative large atoms of the aggregate of these atoms while restricting percentage of aggregates of atoms satisfying certain condition.
