The present invention relates to a substrate and a manufacturing method of the same comprising: a step of preparing a substrate; and a step of coating and oxidizing two or more different block copolymers on the substrate in turn, wherein a block copolymer coated and oxidized in advance has a greater refractive index of the coated and oxidized block copolymer than that of the later coated and oxidized block copolymer, and the block copolymers comprises two or more different blocks, and one block among the blocks contains silicon.
