TREATMENT AGENT FOR INKJET SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate treatment agent for inkjet printing which enables formation of a pattern with accuracy comparable with that of photo-lithography by inkjet printing.SOLUTION: A treatment agent for an inkjet substrate is for a preliminary surface treatment of a substrate to be used in inkjet printing and comprises (A) a silane coupling agent, (B) a fluorine-containing compound, (C) a solvent and, if necessary, and (D) a photoacid generator. A resin layer formed with the substrate treatment agent allows patterning with affinity for a repellent liquid by light irradiation through a pattern mask or light irradiation and heating through a pattern mask.
