PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system, service center, and portable telephone capable of allowing a telephone call to be easily made with a service center by using a portable telephone different from an emergency report on-vehicle device even when it is difficult to use the emergency report on-vehicle device due to a vehicle accident, etc.SOLUTION: An emergency report system 1 includes: a configuration for transmitting predetermined information from an emergency report on-vehicle device 3 of an accident vehicle to a service center 5 via a radio channel when a vehicle accident occurs; and a configuration for enabling making a telephone call between the emergency report on-vehicle device 3 and the service center 5. When an incoming destination change request to make a request for allowing an incoming destination in making a telephone call from the service center 5 to the emergency report on-vehicle device 3 to be changed from the emergency report on-vehicle device 3 to a portable telephone 7 is transmitted from the portable telephone 7 to the service center 5, the service center 5 that has received the incoming destination change request changes the incoming destination to be the portable telephone 7. |
