PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic watch mounting a rotary power generator using an electret, in which there is no difference in the power generation capability when it is worn on the left arm and on the right arm, and which has high sensitivity to changes in posture.SOLUTION: An electronic watch 1 has a rotary electrode supported rotatably, and having the center of gravity biased from the center of rotation, a fixed electrode provided oppositely to the rotary electrode, and an elastic member for supporting the rotary electrode elastically with respect to the rotary motion thereof. An electret film is provided on the surface of any one of the rotary electrode and fixed electrode, and the orientation of the center of gravity of the rotary electrode to the center of rotation is 11:00 to 1:00, or 5:00 to 7:00. |
