PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detoxification device and method capable of efficiently performing detoxification of burned ash and to provide a waste burning device and method.SOLUTION: A storage tank which receives and stores burned ash from a waste burning furnace 1 is formed as such a storage water tank 6 that burned ash and water are stored and water is stored while being provided with a free surface, the storage water tank 6 has a burned ash reception 7, a carbon dioxide-containing gas inlet 9 and a burned ash outlet 8, the storage water tank 6 is divided and formed into a front stage storage part P of the lower side than a free surface of storage water and a rear stage storage part Q formed of a reaction space 10 which is communicated with the front stage storage part P and causes gas to stay on the upper side than the free surface of the storage water, a moving means which raises and moves burned ash in the storage water to the reaction space 10 of the rear stage storage part Q is provided and carbon dioxide-containing gas from the carbon dioxide-containing gas inlet 9 is brought into contact with storage water in the front stage storage part P, burned ash in storage water of the front stage storage part P and burned ash in the reaction space 10 of the rear stage storage part Q. |
