PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which an information processing device having a passive non-contact type IC cannot rewrite a memory of the non-contact IC freely as needed.SOLUTION: An information processing device capable of mounting a non-contact IC tag transmits, if the state of the information processing device changes, information after the change which is to be written to the non-contact IC tag, to a terminal device.
