PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control method, a power control unit, and a power control system, capable of making generated power to efficiently inverse load flow to an electric power system even when electric energy that is generated by a distributed type power source and inverse load flow is restricted.SOLUTION: Within a range where electric energy that may inverse load flow is restricted, for controlling so that electric power generated by a distributed type power supply 1 and electric power generated by the distributed type power supply 1 and charged to a power storage device 4 are made to inverse load flow to an electric power system 2, electric power that is generated by the distributed type power supply 1 and may not inverse load flow by being restricted is temporarily stored in the power storage device 4, and the charged power is made to inverse load flow to the electric power system when the charged power is within a restriction range of an inverse load flow. |
