Provided are a transition apparatus and a transition member thereof. The transition apparatus for signal transmission between a waveguide and a coaxial cable according to the present invention, includes a housing located between the waveguide and a connector of the coaxial cable, and the transition member which is inserted into a hole formed in the housing and has a bead and a ridge which are made of the same material and are integrated.
