The present invention relates to a three-dimensional wireless gastroscope which wirelessly operates and an apparatus for screening a stomach by using the three-dimensional wireless gastroscope. The three-dimensional wireless gastroscope wirelessly receives power and the power controls the movement thereof. The present invention arranges a permanent magnet for magnetization in a space of a removed battery by wirelessly receiving power, which maintains the size of the gastroscope and enables the movement by magnetism to be controlled. The present invention makes it easy to diagnose the condition of a stomach by providing a three-dimensional image of the inside of the stomach through a stereo camera operating when receiving wireless power.
