PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element capable of preventing a current from being concentrated to a region in the vicinity of a current supply part even in a case where a high current is supplied.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element 1 is configured to have on an element substrate 11 a semiconductor layer 30 that includes a p-type semiconductor layer 31, a light-emitting layer 33, and an n-type semiconductor layer 35. The semiconductor light-emitting element 1 has an electrode formed so as to be contacted with part of an upper surface of the semiconductor layer, and that includes a current supply part coupled with a current supply line. The element substrate is configured to have a first region 11A formed at a position including a place opposed to the current supply part in a direction orthogonal to a surface of the element substrate, and a second region 11B thicker than the first region. |
