PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition excellent in patterning property and developability with an alkali developing solution, from which a cured coating film excellent in toughness can be formed, a dry film and a cured product of the curable resin composition, and a printed wiring board having a cured coating film formed by using the above composition, the dry film or the cured product.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises (A) a resin having a phenolic hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group, (B) a photo-base generator, and (C) a thermosetting component. The (A) resin having a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group reacts with the (C) thermosetting component by irradiation with light for patterning; and a negative pattern is formed by alkali development. |
