PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover glass having high impact resistance on six faces of front and rear surfaces and side faces even when subjected to multiple-mounting by using a large chemically strengthened glass substrate and subsequently subjected to cutting of the multiple-mounted glass substrate into respective pieces.SOLUTION: A cover glass is laminated on a touch panel having regions divided into a display region and a non-display region, in which a decorative frame region is formed on one face of a glass substrate 1 having chemically strengthened layers 2 on the front and rear faces thereof such that the decorative frame region faces the non-display region, peripheral ends of the glass substrate 1 on the side of the decorative frame region are chamfered in the cross sectional direction with a curved surface shape of a curvature radius of R, peripheral ends on the other side are chamfered in the cross sectional direction with a curved surface shape of a curvature radius of R, and an interval between an end of the curved surface with the curvature radius of Rand an end of the curved surface with the curvature radius of Ris made of a vertical plane. In the cover glass, the curvature radii of Rand Rof the glass substrate 1 are 100 to 200 μm, and the thickness D of the chemically strengthened layers 2 is 18 to 35 μm. |
