The present invention relates to a roll crusher equipped with a clearance control apparatus and, more specifically, to a roll crusher equipped with a clearance control apparatus, for efficiently producing recycled aggregates. According to the present invention, the roll crusher comprises: a main body formed with an insertion hole on the upper part, and formed with a discharge hole on the lower part; a plurality of rolls for crushing waste inserted inside the main body; a driving means for rotation driving the rolls; and a power transferring means for transferring power to the rolls. In addition, the roll crusher comprises: an elasticity supporting unit for supporting the rolls; a tension measuring unit for measuring the size of the tension in the elasticity supporting unit; a clearance control unit for controlling clearance between the rolls; and a control unit for controlling operation of the clearance control unit. The elasticity supporting unit includes a fixing frame fixated and installed on the upper part of a base frame, and formed with a rail inside; a transporting plate for supporting the axis of the roll; and an elastic spring installed on one side of the transport plate. The tension measuring unit includes a road cell for transmitting a signal to the control unit by sensing the tension in the elasticity supporting unit. The clearance control unit includes: a support plate for supporting the elastic spring of the elasticity supporting unit; and a cylinder for transporting the support plate. |
