An embodiment of the present invention relates to a system which performs HACCP management for foods distributed by passing through each HACCP management venue, including a production venue, a processing venue, a storing venue, a delivery venue, and a selling venue. The present invention comprises: an RFID tag which records visitor′s information, which is about a person visiting each HACCP management venue, and the visit information in a coded form including a reason for the visit; a tag sensor which reads the visit information recorded in the RFID tag attached to the person visiting the venue; an HACCP management server which receives the visit information read by the tag sensor equipped in each HACCP management venue and performs monitoring for HACCP management; and a wired/wireless communications network which transmits the visit information read by the tag sensor between the tag sensor and the HACCP management server. |
