PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a table coral duplication that considerably resembles real table coral.SOLUTION: For an original mold of a table coral, a reverse side mold R and a front side mold F are structured through gypsums 3, 5 using a mixed solution of a reverse side silicone resin 2 and a mixed solution of a front side silicone resin 4. From the original mold of the table coral, the reverse side silicone resin 2 and the front side silicone resin 4 are peeled off respectively, the mixed solution of a front soft urethane 6A and a mixed solution of a reverse soft urethane 6B are poured into the reverse side silicone resin 2 and the front side silicone resin 4 of the reverse side mold R and the front side mold F, respectively. Subsequently, at least the front side silicone resin 4 of the front side mold F and the mixed solution of the front soft urethane 6A are placed in a vacuum device 8, with defoaming operation performed. Then, with the reverse side mold R and the front side mold F oppositely faced, the mixed solution of an internal soft urethane 6C is poured in the opposing space to manufacture a table coral duplication 99. |
