The present invention provides a method to ensure efficiency of message retransmission when a message is to be retransmitted in the future, and to enable a broadcast message to be received by a called terminal for sure through a public network when feedback on the reception of the broadcast message from a receiving terminal is not provided, as well as to save costs required for using a data network when transmitting the broadcast message by using the data network. A method for transmitting a broadcast message by using a data network and a public network of the present invention is configured to record a called number in a called number database installed with an application when there is no feedback on a message that receiving the broadcast message is completed from an application of the called terminal. |
