The present invention relates to a laser welding apparatus welding electrode terminals of a battery cell to each bus bar of a module case to be connected, wherein the electrode terminals correspond to each other. The present invention comprises: a laser welding head provided to be moved toward the electrode terminals corresponding to each other disposed in both end parts of the bus bar of the module case; and a fixing jig provided to the laser welding head and pressing each electrode terminal corresponding to each other to be closely attached to both end parts of the bus bar when the laser welding head is moved.
