The present invention relates to a fixing tube insert type device for manufacturing a fixing roller which comprises: an insert mold tube; a fixing tube insert member which is made up of a jetting nozzle for injecting compressed air into a fixing tube to stick the fixing tube to an inner circumference of an insert mold tube; a coating device which is made of a spray gun; an upper cap which is coupled with an inlet on one side of the insert mold tube and is equipped with a boss having a penetration hole; a lower cap which is coupled with an inlet on another side of the insert mold tube and is equipped with at least one injection hole; and a liquid silicone injecting device which injects two component type liquid silicone into the injection hole of the lower cap. |
