The present invention relates to a method and a system for determining a seeding line in an artificial snow augmentation experiment using an aircraft which is suitable for a ground-based verification network. The system for determining a seeding line in an artificial snow augmentation experiment using an air craft according to the present invention comprises: a ground observation device which obtains ground weather observation data of a target area; a vertical observation device which obtains vertical weather observation of the target area; and a seeding line calculating device which calculates a seeding line for seeding artificial snow augmentation using the ground weather observation data and vertical weather observation data of the target area.
