PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display unit and an electronic apparatus that are capable of suppressing deterioration of the display characteristics in high-temperature storage.SOLUTION: There is provided a display unit including: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed oppositely to the first substrate; a light-transmission or reflection-controllable display layer provided between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a seal layer provided between the first substrate and the display layer, and having a flow beginning temperature of 120°C or higher and 250°C or lower.
