PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element, a filter element assembly, and an air cleaning system in which pleat intervals can be uniformly maintained while holding s shape bent like a circular arc in the filter element with a processed filter medium having a pleat shape.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a filter element with a processed filter medium which is constituted by processing an air filter medium for collecting dust in gas into a pleat shape in which mountain parts to be arranged on an upstream side and valley parts to be arranged on a downstream side are alternately aligned when viewed in a direction in which the gas passes through the air filter ember, in which the processed filter medium bends like a circular arc by a fact that pleat intervals on the downstream side is wider than pleat intervals on the upstream side in the pleat shape, and the mountain parts of the processed filter medium are provided with interval holding parts which hold the pleat intervals on the upstream side so that the pleat intervals on the downstream side become wider than the pleat intervals on the upstream side. |
