PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, a call connection control device, and a communication method that are able to reliably continue communication in the case where an incoming communication terminal changes a connection destination communication network.SOLUTION: In a communication method in a communication system 1, even if an MSC server 40 has received a response request from UE-A 60 (S122), it suspends (S141) the response request until it starts management of the call state of the UE-A 60 (S117). Consequently, the method can prevent inappropriate processing from being performed for the response request from the UE-A 60, and thereby can reliably continue communication even if the incoming communication terminal UE-A 60 changes a connection destination communication network from an LTE network N1 to a 3G network N2. |
