PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer head which can optimize the discharge efficiency.SOLUTION: In an ink jet printer head according to an embodiment are arranged a plurality of pressure chambers formed in a groove shape in a piezoelectric member with polarization directions reverse to each other, and a nozzle plate via a lid part of high rigidity on the side face of the pressure chamber. A plurality of communication holes that communicate with a plurality of nozzles formed in the nozzle plate are formed in the lid part. A length ratio is set in a range of 10-25% about the center of a length ratio at which the relation between a discharge voltage of ink discharged out of the nozzle and a length ratio of the length along the longitudinal direction of the pressure chamber in the communication hole of the lid part to the length along the longitudinal direction of the pressure chamber becomes minimum. |
