PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fusion method, an in-core and a pipe connection structure that enable reliable fusion between pipes and a joint.SOLUTION: An electric fusion method is characterized in comprising: a step of inserting a tubular in-core 30 that has, on the outer peripheral surface 31a, a protrusion 33 that bites into an inner peripheral surface 10b of a pipe 10, into an end part 10e of the pipe 10; a step of cutting an outer peripheral surface 10a of the end part 10e of the pipe 10 into which in-core 30 is inserted; and a step of attaching a joint 20 to the end part 10e of the pipe 10, making a heat generator 22 provided in the joint 20 generate heat and fuse between the inner peripheral surface 21a of the joint 20 and the outer peripheral surface 10a of the pipe 10 end part 10e. |
