The present invention relates to a lasiRNA which effectively inhibits tyrosinase mRNA and a composition for skin whitening comprising the lasiRNA as an active ingredient. The lasiRNA and the composition comprising the same according to the present invention are useful in developing a whitening goods because of having an outstanding tyrosinase activity inhibiting effect in the 1000 times or more low concentration than a conventional small molecule.
