PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifier circuit capable of surely preventing a back flow with a low loss.SOLUTION: A rectifier circuit 1 includes a control circuit 10 and a rectification transistor 20. The control circuit 10 includes: terminals T1-T3 to which a source, a drain and a gate of the transistor 20 are connected, respectively; a terminal T4 to which a power supply voltage VCC is applied; a transistor Q1 of which the collector is connected to the terminal T1 and the emitter is connected to the terminal T3; a transistor Q2 of which the collector is connected to the terminal T2 and the base and the emitter are connected to a base of the transistor Q1; a resistor R1 connected between the emitter of the transistor Q1 and the terminal T4; and a resistor R2 connected between the emitter of the transistor Q2 and the terminal T4. ON/OFF of the transistor 20 is controlled in accordance with a potential difference between the terminal T1 and the terminal T2. The transistors Q1 and Q2 are integrated into a semiconductor device 11 so as to have a pairing property with each other. |
