PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement of not only the confidentiality of important transmission information but also the reliability and responsiveness of transmission information.SOLUTION: A communication device that wirelessly transmits and receives data on Ethernet from an information processing apparatus includes: determination means for determining whether the data on Ethernet to be transmitted requires confidentiality as transmission means; first radio connection means for connecting the data on Ethernet to be transmitted to a general-purpose network line; second radio connection means for connecting the data on Ethernet to be transmitted to a specific line that uses a different modulation scheme and frequency band from the general-purpose network line; and switching means that sends the data on Ethernet to be transmitted to the first radio connection means if the determination result is a determination result of not requiring confidentiality, and sends the data on Ethernet to be transmitted to the second radio connection means if the determination result is a determination result of requiring confidentiality.
