PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing a decrease in performance of a power supply circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a power line; and a power supply circuit including a first power supply circuit part that operates by receiving a first power supply voltage and has an output connected to the power line, and a second power supply circuit part that operates by receiving a second power supply voltage higher than the first power supply voltage and has an output connected to the power line. The first power supply circuit part is configured to drive the power line with a first programmed voltage. The second power supply circuit part is configured to drive the power line with a second programmed voltage lower than the first programmed voltage. The second power supply circuit part is configured not to decrease a third power supply voltage when the third power supply voltage generated in the power line is higher than the second programmed voltage.
