PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomarker capable of precisely discriminating an autoimmune disease from an infectious disease in a medical care of a patient.SOLUTION: A biomarker discriminates an autoimmune disease of a high disease activity state and complications of autoimmune disease and infectious disease, and includes an expression ratio of an expression level of CD64 expressed in monocytes/CD64 expressed in neutrophils. When the autoimmune disease is systemic lupus erythematosus, the autoimmune disease is complications in the case that the expression level of CD64 expressed in monocytes/the expression ratio of the expression level of CD64 expressed in neutrophils is 7.2±3.0. When the expression ratio is 15.0±4.7, the autoimmune disease is the systemic lupus erythematosus. |
