PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel, a radiation detector, and a manufacturing method of the radiation detector capable of securing the uniformity of the image characteristic of the radiation detector.SOLUTION: The scintillator panel of an embodiment includes a substrate having flexibility, a scintillator layer that is disposed on one surface side of the substrate and converts a radiation into fluorescent light, and a first moisture-proof body for covering at least the scintillator layer.
