PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit capable of suppressing counterflow of oil from an oil reservoir into a low-oil-level chamber even if a scavenging pump is stopped for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A bent portion 74 is provided in an intake passage 60 continuous to a scavenging pump 32 so that a bent top portion 74a is located above an oil level height L of oil in an oil reservoir. An intake port is provided on one end of the bent portion 74 and an intake portion of the scavenging pump 32 is connected to the other end of the bent portion 74. |
