PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type sintered ore cooling device having a water-seal type device in which dust accumulation within the water seal type device of the rotary type sintered ore cooling device including the water seal type device is restricted and cooler trip or wearing damage of facility are prevented.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a rotary type sintered ore cooling device with a water seal type device having a water seal box including a movable partition plate and a fixed side partition plate. A seal member (a stainless steel wire plate seal) of which shape is soft and flexible for use in sealing between the movable side partition plate and the fixed side partition plate in the water seal box against sintered ore cooling gas. Further, there is provided a circulating type water purifying device for discharging accumulated dust in the water seal box together with water and supplying the purified purifying water int the water seal box.
