PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal type toilet seat device enabling a user to transfer smoothly to the toilet seat device by suppressing inclination in a frame side surface.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device 1 includes: a film unit 30 sealing excrement in a film; a support body 40 supporting the film unit 30 and capable of being placed on a floor surface; and a toilet seat 55 covering an upper surface of the film unit 30 supported by the support body 40 and including an opening 55c allowing the excrement to pass therethrough to the film unit 30. The support body 40 includes a resin frame 41 which is formed such that a back surface part 41a and two side surface parts 41b connected respectively with both sides of the bak surface part 41a via a hinge h are arranged in a flat shape integrally. The hinge h is formed such that the two side surface parts 41b are folded in X axis direction and face each other. The frame 41 is fixed in a state in which the two side surface parts 41b are folded in X axis direction. |
