PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable composition capable of reducing the diameter of mixed air bubbles and extending the duration of air bubbles.SOLUTION: There is provided a foamable composition which comprises at least a polymer (P) having a structure derived from a diene-based compound as a constitutional unit, a surfactant, a crosslinking agent and a catalyst, wherein the surfactant is a compound which has a structure derived from at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a carbocyclic compound, a heterocyclic compound and a straight-chain hydrocarbon and in which at least part of hydrogen atoms in the structure is substituted with a fluorine atom. |
